Junior Jewellery CAD Technician

We are seeking a junior apprentice CAD Technician, to work within a team, making our repeatable range of high end jewellery and assisting with the making of bespoke pieces. Graff uses cutting edge technology including CNC and CAD/CAM alongside traditional techniques in our Mayfair workshops. We are offering a 3 year training apprenticeship during which you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the most skilled and experienced Jewellers in the trade worldwide. After completing the apprenticeship, candidates will have the opportunity to become a CAD designer for one of the world’s most prestigious Jewellers. This is a very rare opportunity and many of the craftsmen you will be learning from have been with Graff for between 15 to 35 years, many of whom started as apprentices themselves.
The Ideal Candidate:
- - Some CAD experience would be an advantage but not essential
- - GCSEs in Art and Design or Design and Technology an advantage
- - Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- - Good organisational and time management skills
- - Collaborative with excellent team-working skills
- - An enthusiastic and professional manner
- - Willingness to learn
- - Good eye for detail
- - Ability to focus on the task at hand

Successful candidates will be offered a 3 month trial after which the salary will be reviewed depending on skills and performance demonstrated.
