Refund & Exchange Policy
At Graff, we pride ourselves on delivering high customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase or change your mind, you may request an exchange or refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Please email us at clientservices.kr@graff.com to initiate your request.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, documents, and return tags attached. Please do not cut or remove the return tags from the products if you wish to request a refund or exchange. We cannot, however, process exchanges or returns on items that have been customized, engraved, worn, used, altered, or damaged. Graff reserves the right to verify that the returned product meets the conditions of the Returns and Exchange Policy and, if it does, to proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
To return products for a refund or exchange, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the items from you. If the returned products meet the refund requirements, we will refund the price you paid for the items using the same payment method. Please note that it may take 7–14 business days for your refund to be fully processed, depending on the payment method.
We will process an exchange for products that meet the exchange requirements, subject to real-time product availability. In any case, the sale of the returned product will be canceled, and a new order for the exchange must be placed.
All sales are deemed final if no refund or exchange is requested within the fourteen (14) day period after you receive your product from us.
The above refund & exchange policy is only applicable to online purchase on Graff.com/kr.
