At Graff, we pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction. If, however, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, or simply change your mind, you may request an exchange or refund from us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order from Graff.com/hk. We cannot, however, process exchanges on items that have been customized, engraved, worn, used, altered, damaged or without return tag.

To request a refund or exchange, simply send us an e-mail at clientservices.hk@graff.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving your product. When we receive such request from you, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. We reserve the right to inspect the product prior to approving your refund request. 

If you choose to return your product to Graff Central Hong Kong Salon, or if you are returning a gift, your refund will be provided through a boutique credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value along with a salon credit to cover any difference.

All sales are deemed final if no refund or exchange is requested within the fourteen (14) day period after you receive your product from us.

The above refund & exchange policy is only applicable to online purchase on Graff.com/hk.
